Johnny and I met at the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors Affiliate Tradeshow. It was my first tradeshow, but Johnny introduced himself and we talked for a while. About a month or so later, he called and asked about capturing a listing he had. While our time availabilities didn't coincide, I did get out to the property, document the area, and have the photos back to him within the same day.
As in a previous post, real estate listings are boosted by drone shots. Aerial photography gives potential buyers the ability to see the property from new heights. It allows them to see the lay-out in HD. I am able to give the bigger picture or zoom in to important aspects that otherwise can't be captured (ie: roof quality, waterfront).
On another job I had with Johnny, he hired me to produce a video and some photography with my drone. Johnny left most of the aesthetics to me, but he was great about having a vision. He did a fabulous job in front of the camera and I had a great time working with him. The video focuses on the amazing external features including the waterfront, acreage, and three buildings. A fun property to shoot!
Johnny is an extremely personable realtor. He’s an excellent professional and great at what he does.
